Optilux™ 950 Clear Plastisol Transfer Adhesive

Optilux™ 950 is a clear plastisol based transfer adhesive formulated to be used with the Optilux™ 901 reflective sheet to produce reflective heat applied transfers. Optilux™ 901 is a reflective transfer sheet composed of wide angled retro-reflective lenses temporarily bonded to a polyester substrate. The Optilux™ 901 reflective sheeting when screen printed using the Optilux™ 950 adhesive mixed with the coupler produces highly reflective logos. These can then be heat applied onto garment panels or the finished garments.

The Optilux™ transfer system has been developed in partnership with International Coatings based in the USA. International Coatings have a wealth of experience in the garment decoration industry and together we have produced a system that is easy to use, has an excellent feel and outstanding reflectivity levels.

The reflective transfers are perfect for using on sportswear, safety clothing and any clothing where you want to add a level of reflectivity.

The Optilux™ Transfer system is suitable for a wide range of fabrics including cotton, cotton blends and synthetic fabrics such as polyester, nylons and nylon blends.
