Optilux™ 507 Enhanced Reflective Plastisol Ink

Optilux™ Reflective ink is an easy to print, two-part, plastisol reflective ink that contains light-reflecting mbeads® and was developed in partnership with International Coatings in the US. It is recognised as the most reflective ink on the market that is easy to use and gives good definition. When a garment printed with Optilux™ 507 ink is exposed to a focused beam of light, such as from a torch or car headlights, it reflects light back at the light source.

Optilux™507 appears as a conventional silver shimmer ink under normal lighting conditions, but with the enhanced attribute that it helps to increase the nighttime visibility of a printed design.

To obtain the best reflective properties, Optilux™ 507 is recommended for use on open weaved fabrics. Optilux™ can also be used with very good to excellent results on some tightly woven nylon and polyester fabrics.
